摘要
本文在分析产业集群的一般特征的基础上,分析了产业集群的经济学本质,指出产业集群的经济学本质是交易费用的降低,并指出政府在产业集群发展中的作用和管理的一般原则。
This paper analyses the economic essence based on the general characters which means that the essence is the reducing of costs of trade, on the other hand ,the writer point out the role of government in the development of clusters.
