摘要
商业竞争力是衡量一个国家、地区的商业在国际市场上的适应能力。面对全球意义上的新一轮竞争,上海商业要实现新一轮发展,必须建设一支高素质的上海商业人才队伍。本文对上海商业人才队伍的现状、未来商业发展对人才的需求以及对策等问题进行了初步研究。
Commercial competitiveness represents the commercial adaptability of a nation or a region in the world market. Confronted with global competition, Shanghai needs to train highly qualified commercial personnel in its efforts to further promote its commercial industry. The present article makes a preliminary research of the status quo and the future needs for commercial personnel and corresponding strategies to be adopted.
