摘要
主要研究了在保证星轮齿面加工精度的条件下,怎样通过减少刀片数、优化刀片镶嵌位置以降低镶片星轮滚刀的制作难度问题。
In this paper, under the condition of guaranteeing precision of manufacturing the teeth surfaces of the gate rotor, the difficulty in machining inserted blade gate rotor hob is solved by decreasing blade's number and optimizing blade's inserted position.
