摘要
在知识经济时代,企业的生产经营活动必须围绕着声誉进行组织和管理,把经营目标与声誉目标加以整合统一,建立凸显声誉目标的管理体系。本文着重分析知识经济背景下企业声誉管理的实施,强化声誉管理,整合企业管理系统,围绕构建企业声誉管理体系提出对策。
In the age of KM, the activities of production and management in enterprise must be organized and managed based on report, through unifying management objective and report objective, establish the management system which contains report objective mainly. In this paper, we will analyze how to put report management in practice, how to strengthen report management and how to conformity the enterprise management system. Finally, the countermeasures that construct the enterprise report management system are given.
