企业要生存发展就必须实现销售增长。尽管企业增长时快时慢,但从长期来看总是受到可持续增长率的制约。可持续增长率是保持稳定的经营效率、财务政策并依靠自身滚存利润来实现的一种特殊的平衡增长。不当的增长速度足以毁掉一个企业。
A business must realize its growth of sales if it wants to survive and develop. Though its development can sometimes be faster and sometimes slower, it tends to be restricted by the sustainable growth rate in a long run. Sustainable growth rate is a special balanced growth realized by the stable economic efficiency, financial policies and the accumulated profits of its own. An improper growth rate will definitely destroy a business.
