摘要
采用腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬法、溶血素及溶血空斑形成法和淋巴细胞转化法 ,观察其对正常小鼠免疫作用的影响。芦笋粗多糖大、中、小剂量组和香菇多糖组均可显著提高正常小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能 (P <0 .0 1) ,而芦笋粗多糖各剂量组又优于香菇多糖组。与生理盐水组比较 ,大剂量芦笋粗多糖组对正常小鼠溶血素及溶血空斑的形成和淋巴细胞的转化有显著影响 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,中剂量组有极显著影响 (P <0 .0 1) ,小剂量组对溶血空斑的形成有显著影响 (P <0 .0 5 )。
The influence of asparagus-extracted crude polysaccharides on the immune function of normal mice was studied in this experiment. The methodologies included abdominal macrophage phagocytosis,erythrolysin and hemolytic blank plaqueformation, and lymphocytic transformation. Asparagus-extracted crude polysaccharides in large, medium and small doses and mushroom-extracted polysaccharides significantly (P<0.01) improved the phagocytosis of abdominal macrophages in normal mice with asparagus polysaccharides working better than mushroom polysaccharides. Compared with physiological saline water, large (P<0.05) and medium (P<0.01)dose asparagus polysaccharides significantly affected erythrolysin and hemolytic blank plaque formation, and lymphocytic transformation in normal mice, but small dose asparagus polysaccharides only significantly affected (P<0.05) hemolyticblank plaque formation in normal mice.
