摘要 采用垂直板聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术和等位酶分析方法 ,研究了矮慈姑一个自然居群的遗传多样性。根据 9个酶系统 16个等位酶位点的检测结果 ,表明矮慈姑的遗传多样性属中等水平。矮慈姑自然居群的多态位点百分率P =2 5 .0 ,平均每位点等位基因数A =1.4 375 ,平均多态位点等位基因数Ap =2 .5 0 0 ,等位基因有效数Ae=1.30 93,平均预期杂合度He=0 .132 7,平均观察杂合度Ho =0 .194 8,固定指数F =- 0 .4 6 84。实际观察到的杂合体比率高于理论预期杂合体比率 ,居群表现为杂合体过量。 The genetic diversity in a natural population of Sagittaria pygmaea was determined by means of slab polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis and alleles analysis. A moderate level of genetic diversity was estimated based on 16 loci of 9 enzyme systems. The genetic diversity indexes were : proportion of polymorphic loci P=25.0%, average number of alleles per locus A=1.437 5, average number of alleles per polymorphic locus Ap=2.500, average effective number of alleles per locus Ae=1.309 3, average expected heterozygosity He=0.132 7, average observed heterozygosity Ho=0.194 8,respectively. The fixation index F=-0.468 4. As a result of excessive heterozygote in the natural population, the average observed heterozygosity was higher than the average expected heterozygosity.
