摘要 选择 34个冬小麦品种 ,研究它们对缺钼反应的差异。在同一严重缺钼酸性黄棕壤上 ,比较苗期地上部干物重 ,初筛及复筛中籽粒产量及钼效率系数 ,最后筛选出钼高效品种 970 0 3和钼低效品种 970 14。缺钼条件下 ,高效品种 970 0 3能获得与施钼处理相当的产量 ,而低效品种只能获得施钼处理产量的一半。初步研究表明970 0 3钼效率高的可能机理是缺钼逆境下钼的吸收能力和韧皮部的钼运输能力较强。 Mo deficiency led to the drop of grain yields in winter wheat cultivars cultivated in huge area of acid soil in China. Thirtyfour winter wheat cultivars were grown in the acid yellow brown earth to screen their genotype differences in response to Mo deficiency. Ratio of Mo efficiency, ratios of CK to +Mo in shoot dry matter in seedling experiment, grain yields in prescreening and rescreening were compared in the three experiments.Finally, Mo efficient cv. 97003 and Mo inefficient cv. 97014 were obtained from the series of screening.Under CK, Mo efficient cv. 97003 yielded as much as that of +Mo treatment Mo inefficient cv. 97014, however, yielded only half of +Mo treatment. The accumulation of Mo in 97003 was found significantly higher than that in cultivar 97014 More Mo was distributed in seeds of CK which indicated that cultivar 97003 had the higher capacity of Mo uptake and phloem transportation, thus it can produce a relatively higher grain yields on Mo deficient soil.
