多元醇具有与蔗糖相类似的化学和物理性质,但热值较低,在食品和医药上得到广泛应用。多元醇的国内外市场日渐成熟,而且既有竞争,又有发展。文章对多元醇中生产和应用量较大的山梨醇、木糖醇、甘露醇、麦芽糖醇的国内外生产、市场、应用及有关的技术改进状况作详细分析。
Polyols have the physcal and chemical properties similar to sugar but with lower calorie, so it is wildly applied in food and pharmaceuticals. The oversea and home market of polyols is becoming mature, competitive and promotive. In this paper the market, application and relative technical development of sorbitol, xylitol and mannitol are described.
