摘要
在盐酸多西环素的氢化合成生产中采用可回收的以硅胶固定的均相铑催化剂,在反应温度90℃,压力294kPa,反应时间6h,m(催化剂)∶m(助催化剂)∶m(脱水物)=0.02∶0.05∶1的最佳条件下,收率可达85%以上,催化剂可套用10多次,该工艺提高了产品立体选择性和收率,降低了贵金属消耗,有较大的工业价值。
In this article the application of silica gel-supported heterogeneous rhodium catalyst was introduced and this catalyst was recoverable in the hydrogenation synthesis of doxycycline hyclate. In the optimal reaction conditions with temperature of 90 ℃, pressure of 294 kPa, reaction time of 6h, catalyst/co-catalyst/dehydrate ratio of 0.02/0.05/1, the yield was above 85% and the catalyst could reused for over ten times. This process improves stereo-selectivity and yield of the hydrogenation, cut down the consumption of noble metal, possessing a great industrial value.
