摘要
研究了铁炭微电解法对混合农药废水的处理效果,发现该法能有效去除废水中的COD,4h处理后COD去除率可达42%左右,且发现该去除率在本实验范围内与原水浓度基本无关。处理后的废水色度 气味得以明显脱除。探索了微电解出水的后处理工艺,发现传统的加碱混凝法及亚铁氧化法失效,而酸化曝气为最佳手段。经后处理后COD总去除率可达50%~70%。
The capacity of ferric-carbon mico-electrolysis in the treatment of mixed pesticides wastewater has been studied. The COD of the pollutants in water can be effectively removed, the removal efficiency is about 42% for 4h treatment, and this ratio is not relevant to the COD value of the original wastewater in our experimental scale. High decolorization and deodorization effect is realized. Subsequent treatment methods are studied and the result shows that acidify plus aeration is the best one, while coagulation sedimentation and oxidation method being unvalid. The obverall COD removal efficiency is between 50%~70%.
