摘要 简体的长度、进气管和排气管的尺寸以及锥体和下料管是设计旋风分离器时要考虑的重点。应用力学原理进行分析,可以得到旋风分离器各部位尺寸的最佳比例。旋风分离器的除尘效率也受诸多因数的影响,如入口气流中粉尘的含量、多级偶合串联等。通过对旋风分离器的工作原理及其内在规律进行剖析,提出设计旋风分离器的实用方法。 The focal points of designing cyclone separator were involved in cylinder length, dimension of inlet and outlet pipe, cone and filling tube. The optimum proportion of the whole dimensions could be obtained through analysis of application hydrodynamics theory. The dust-exhaust efficiency of cyclone separator were influenced by some factors, such as the contents of inlet gas stream, coupling connection and so on. The practical design methods were put forward by means of analysis of configuration, principles and working basis of the cyclone separator.
