两段加氢精制生产研磨油工艺的研究

Study on Preparation of Grinding Oil Based on Two-Stage Hydrogen Refining

以常二线馏分油为原料油,研究了加氢精制生产研磨油的工艺。该工艺采用两段加氢精制和精馏分离,可得到高品质的研磨油。其硫含量低于10 μg/g,芳烃含量低于1％。

The process of two-stage hydrogen refining for the preparation of grinding oil was studied. The content of sulfur in the grinding oil was reduced to 10 ug/g and aromatic hydrocarbon in the grinding to less than 1% through two-stage hydrogen refining.
