液压支架初撑力保证系统的设计研究

Study on Guaranteed System for Setting Load of Hydraulic Support

本文对液压支架的初撑力进行了分析,提出了一套初撑力保证系统,当初撑力不足时,能够自动提高液压支架立柱下腔的液体压力,直至达到支架所需要的初撑力。

The paper analyses the setting load of the hydraulic support and puts forward a guaranteed system for the setting load. The system automatically increases the liquid pressure in the lower cavity of the support prop until the necessary setting load is reached when the setting load is not high enough.
