球头铣刀数控加工等距型面孔的理论探讨

摘要  提出了在数控机床上利用球头铣刀加工等距型面孔的新方法。通过建立和分析等距曲面及其加工中有关问题的数学模型,解决了球头铣刀数控加工等距型面孔时铣刀半径以及自适应步长的确定、行距与残留高度计算公式等重要理论问题,为等距型面孔数控加工的实验研究奠定了理论基础。 In this paper, a new method of machining equidistant profile holes on numerical controlled machine tool with ballend mill is put forward. With the help of constructing and analyzing the equidistant curved surface and the mathematical models in the course of its milling, some important theoretical problems such as the radius of milling cutter, the determination of adaptive step length, the calculation formula of path intervals and remnant heights are resolved, which establishes the theoretical basis of the experimental research of machining equidistant profile holes on numerical controlled machine tool.
