摘要
道路交通安全研究早在六十年代就受到了机械化水平较高的发达国家的重视 ,并已取得了显著效果。综合研究了国外 4 0多年来在道路交通安全方面系统的研究历程 ,将其研究现状及发展趋势总结归纳为 :道路安全目标、安全审计、能容忍的安全交通、警方执法力度的改良及运输信息技术的应用等五个方面 。
Road tratffic has led heavy losses that mankind life and property.Before 1970s,it has begun many studying on improving road safety in high motorized countries and has gained many successful.Of course different countries with different cultures,different levels of motorization,and different histories of road-safety policy have different means for improving road safety.But we can lend their experiences and means for our planning,making policy and research.The following five aspects are about situation and new developments for studying on improving road safety in high motorized countries by authors.They are:road-safcty targets.safety auditing,sustainable safe traffic.improved police enforcement applicd transport telematics.
