Problems and countermeasures on exploitation of geothermal resources in Henan Provinces

河南省有一定的地热资源储量,开发利用历史较久.现代利用始于20世纪80年代初,近几年发展迅猛,存在问题也愈显突出,主要有:1基础地质研究严重滞后,且十分薄弱,远远不能满足实践的需求;2利用方式简单,资源浪费严重;3管理体制不健全;4开发利用的技术有待提高.针对上述问题,应采取如下对策:加强基础地质研究,弄清资源现状;积极拓宽利用渠道,综合利用现有资源,避免浪费;完善技术规范和行政管理措施,统一规划,合理布局;提高成井深度,加强对地热资源的利用能力.

There are fair amount reserves of geothermal resources in Henan province and the history of exploitation has a long time. Modern exploitation of geothermal resources began in 1980′s, and its development is accelerating. In recent years, problems of using geothermal resources are becoming more and more serious. The main problems are as follows: basic geologic research is very weak and lag, which are not adequate for the demand of practice; using manner is simple, and resources have been seriously wasted; management system isn't perfect;technology of exploitation needs further improved. To solve these problems, countermeasures should be implemented such as strengthening basic research on geology, getting exact actuality of resources; increasing ways of using resources, comprehensively using resources, perfecting technical criteria and management measures, unified planning, rational distribution, enlarging depth of wells that is used to mine geothermal resources, strengthening ability in using geothermal resources. 
