摘要
通过将常用的果蔬保鲜主剂单独运用于草莓,筛选出了一些适用于草莓保鲜的单因子,再将这些单因子进行组合,优化出了几种效果较好的草莓保鲜法.草莓虽然属于非呼吸跃变型果实,但降低其周围空气中乙烯的含量,同样有利于草莓的保鲜.
Some factors in preservation of strawberry were selected by use of the conventional agents applied in preservation of fruits and vegetables.Several methods were optimized regard to the above factors.It was found that the decrease of the content of ethylene could contribute to the freshkeeping of strawberry.
