腰椎间盘突出症和腰椎管狭窄症的手术疗效分析

On Operation Effect of Koilorachnic and Lumbar Vertebrace Tube Narrow

为探讨腰椎间盘突出症和腰椎管狭窄症的手术疗效 ,笔者对手术治疗的 96 2例腰椎间盘突出症和腰椎管狭窄症进行了分析 ,其中腰椎间盘突出症 890例 ,单纯腰椎管狭窄症 72例 ,突出合并狭窄 4 2 8例 (4 8% ) ,手术共处理腰椎管狭窄 5 0 0例 .结果 ,优 82 6例 (86 % ) ,良 96例 (9.9% ) ,中 2 9例 (3% ) ,差 11例 (1.1% ) ,手术近期及远期优良率 95 .9% ,并且探讨了为提高手术疗效 ,临床医生应注意的问题 .

The author analysed 962 cases of koilrachric and Lumber vertebrace tube narrow.The koilrachnic is 890 cases,the lumber vertebrate tabe narrow is 72 cases,the syndromes is 428 cases.The total 500 cases were operated,the superior cases(9.9%),the better cases is 29 cases(3%),the bad cases is 11 cases(1.1%).The operation effect is 95.5%,and discuss the result that the doctors should be pay attention to it.
