70例胃癌与胃粘膜肠上皮化生病变的临床病理观察

The Obersation of 70 Cases Stomach Cancer and Gastric Mueosa Epithelial Disease

为研究胃癌与胃粘膜肠上皮化生之间的关系 ,采用回顾性复习H -E染色病理切片方法进行研究 .结果显示 ,在 70例胃癌病例中 ,有 5 3例伴有程度不同的肠上皮化生病变 ,占 75 .7% ,提示胃癌伴肠上皮化生病变发病率较高 ,其中对肠上皮化生且伴有上皮非典型增生病例 ,应密切观察 ,积极治疗 ,避免胃癌发生 .

For research the relations between stomach cancer and gastric mueosa epithelial dsease,use the method of H.E Chromosome pathology section.The result shows 53 cases have various epithelial disease in 70 cases stomach cancer,the rate is 75.7%,the disease incidence is higher,the epithelial disease should be observed early and prevent the stomach cancer.
