Reconstruction Experinces of Post-Treatment Step in the Hydrogen Peroxide Production

介绍了双氧水生产后处理工序的改造经验,分析了干燥塔及碱沉降器改造前存在的问题。采用经表面处理的塑料规整填料,对干燥塔和碱沉降器内件进行改造,取得了满意的结果。

The reconstruction experiences of the post-treatment step in the hydrogen peroxide production were introduced. The problems before the reconstruction of the drying tower and alkali subsider were analysed. The inner parts of the drying tower and alkali subsider were reformed with the surf ace-treated regular plastic packing and the results are satisfactory.
