摘要
研究了以甜菜渣为原料用水解-氧化-水解法制取草酸的工艺方法。最佳反应条件:硫酸质量分数70%,物料浸泡时间≥3h,m(硝酸):m(甜菜渣)=2.24:1,氧化-水解反应时间5h;反应温度65~70℃。草酸二水合物收率可达80.5%。与用同类原料其他方法制草酸相比,在提高产率,降低生产成本,工业化等方面有很大突破。
The preparation method of oxalic acid from beet residues with a hydrolysis-oxidation-hydrolysis process was studied. The results showed that the optimal conditions are sulphuric acid 70 % , soak time≥3 h, m (nitric acid) : m (beet residue) = 2.24:1, temperature 65~70℃ ,and the reaction time 5h.This method has a major break in yield raisingi production cost reducing and industrialization compared with other method to produce oxalic acid with the similar materials. The yield of oxalic acid dihydrate was 80.5%.
