摘要
以邻苯二甲酸和正丁醇为原料,采用硫酸氢钠作催化剂合成邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,考察了影响反应的因素。实验结果表明:酯化反应的优化条件为邻苯二甲酸、正丁醇、硫酸氢钠物质的量比为1:2.6:0.22,反应时间1.5h。产率可达94.24%。
Di-butyl phthalate was synthesized with o-phthalic acid and n -butyl alcohol as raw materials and sodium hydrogen sul-fate as the catalyst. The factors of influencing reaction were investigated. Experimental results indicated that the optimum conditions of esterification reaction are the molar ratio of o-phthalic acid, n-butyl alcohol and sodium hydrogen sulfate 1:2. 6:0. 22, the reaction time 1. 5 h,and the yield up to 94.24%.
