摘要
在重油微反评价装置上 ,考察了所制备的分别含有镧、磷及其复合物等 4种不同添加组分的裂化催化剂 ,并采用XRD、31 PMASNMR、BET及FT IR吡啶吸附酸性表征等手段 ,分析了上述添加组分的组成、结构和催化剂的物理性质 ,讨论了添加组分对催化剂钒污染前后裂化性能的影响。实验证实了添加磷酸铝组分的催化剂的抗钒污染效果 ;并且发现 ,镧 富磷体系 (La 2P)添加到催化剂中 ,既可提高催化剂的抗钒污染能力 ,又使催化剂具有较低的焦炭产率 。
FCC catalysts composed of additive components with La or P or both of them were evaluated before and after their impregnation with vanadium in laboratory by a micro-activity test unit with VGO as the feedstock. Chemical composition of additive components and physical properties of catalysts were characterized by XRD, 31P MAS NMR, low temperature adsorption of nitrogen (BET method) and FT-IR pyridine adsorption method. Cracking ability and product selectivity were discussed. Aluminum phosphate was found to be the source of V-resistance of the catalysts. It was also proved that La-2P component provided not only vanadium-resistant ability, but also low coke yield and high propylene selectivity in FCC reaction.
