学生干部是学校做好学生思想政治工作和日常管理的重要力量。据调查 ,高职院校学生干部从整体上看具有组织纪律性强 ,自觉性高 ,任劳任怨等优点 ,但是也存在一些明显的缺点和不足。从高职学生干部存在的主要不足、成因及采取的对策等方面作了探讨。

Student leaders are an important strength for school′s daily management and student′s political work. It is reported that higher college student leaders as a whole have high discipline and consciousness, and work hard and not be upset by criticism, but also have shortcomings. The reasons that caused the shortcomings and the methods of overcoming them were discussed.
