摘要 (S ) -α-氰基 - 3-苯氧基苄醇 ((S ) -CPBA)是合成一些类型高效拟除虫菊酯杀虫剂的重要中间体 ,本文总结了国内外利用酶法合成这一手性化合物的研究情况 。 Biocatalytic methods for the synthesis of (S)-α-cyano-3-phenoxybenzyl alcohol--an important chiral building block for the preparation of many high-level activity pyrethroid insecticides were reviewed with 32 references,especially some novel enzymatic processes were introduced in detail.
