摘要
根据我国目前人口、资源、生态环境和发展趋势 ,针对我国温室气体CO2 的排放现状 ,提出了改善和解决这一问题的对策和建议。
In this paper,some corresponding solutions and suggestions are put forward,based on the present status of population,resources,ecological environment and the development trend in China and in accordance with the present situation of greenhouse gas carbon dioxide emission.
