阐述了日本日立公司采用3300V、1200AIGBT制成的小型、高效逆变器的主电路系统及其特点。由于采用了软栅极控制技术,使二点式、无吸收电路成为可能。
The main electric circuit system for the small inverter with high efficiency made with 3 300 V, 1 200 A IGBT in Hitachi in Japan as well as its features is expounded. Since the limited grid control technology is applied, the 2 point type, non trap circuit becomes possible.
