The Coking Plant of Shenzhou Coal Electricity Coking Co.Ltd.revises its thinking and explores a set of management methods for its grass-roots workshops, which is named “to put human being first and to put emphasis on implementation”.It indicates that the methods are effective in the practice. A good safety atmosphere of mutual restriction and mutual supervision is formed at the plant.
