摘要
以固体超强酸TiO2/SO42-—HZSM-5沸石分子筛为催化剂,应用常压液固相酯化反应合成了乙酸乙酯。考察了催化剂用量,醇酸比、反应温度和反应时间对酯产率的影响。结果表明,催化剂用量为2g,醇酸比为1∶2.5,反应温度为100—110℃,反应时间为3h,酯收率为84%。
Acetic ether is synthesized by liquid-solid phase esterification at common pressure with TiO2/SO42- - HZSM-5 zeolite molecular sieve as catalyst. The effects of the amount of the catalyst used, the ratio of alcohol to acid, the temperature and time on ester yield are considered. It is shown that the ester yield will be 84% when the amount of HZSM-5 is 2 g, the molar ratio of alconol to acetic acid is 1∶2.5, the reaction time is 100-110 ℃ and time is 3 h.
