Memory of the Excavation of Kesheng Village in 1955

客省庄位于西安市西南20余公里的沣河中游西岸。这里是西周都城丰镐所在地,是全国重要考古地区之一。从1955年至今在渭河流域及其支流地区,发现了100多处客省庄第二期文化遗址,引起人们普遍关注。回顾1955年考古挖掘收获,记忆犹新。

Kesheng Village located in the west bank of River Feng,about 20 kilometers of the middle stream,used to be the capital city Feng and Hao of Western Zhou Dynasty,and also the key national archeological area.Since 1955,in the area of River Wei and its branch area,more than 100 second stage cultural sites of Kesheng Village were discorverd which caused general interesting.
