西汉时期,农业迅速发展,酿酒规模日益扩大,酒肆作坊遍布全国各地。2003年在西安北郊发掘出土了距今2100多年保存最好,存管最多的西汉美酒。这是中国考古界、科学界与酿酒界的一个重大发现。为研究西汉时期酿酒工艺技术提供了重要的实物证据,堪称国之瑰宝。

Agriculture developed very quickly in Western Han Dynasty,thus the wine industry was growing in a big scale.Wine producing shops were widely scattered across the country.In the year 2003,the perfectly kept,a plenty of Western produced wine over 2000 years was unearthed in the north suburb of Xi'an.This is the great discovery in archeology and scientific,even the wine producing field in China.This discovery provides very important evidence for the research of Western Han society and the wine producing techniques in that time.
