本文以19世纪末起,主要是20世纪上半叶为背景,简要探讨了这一时期西方对中国古物的搜集,中国古物在西方的再流通,西方举办的有关中国古物的展览,中国古物对西方艺术的影响,中西对中国古物遭遇破坏的态度和采取的保护行动,分析了中国古物流失的原因。

This article briefly examines the collection,recirculation,and exhibition of the Chinese antiquities in the west and the impact of the Chinese antiques upon the western art.In addition,the papaer illustrates the atitude and the action concerning the damage to the Chinese antiquities in China and the West and analyzes the casuc of loss of the Chinese antiquities.
