摘要
为提高砂岩质文物的强度及抗风化能力,采用丙烯酸盐配合物溶胶(AMC)为加固材料对大足石窟砂岩试样进行了加固试验。采用扫描电镜-能谱、X射线衍射仪、同步热分析、万能材料试验机对加固前后砂岩试样的成分、结构及力学性能进行了表征。试验结果表明:采用AMC加固后的砂岩试样其弯曲应力提高了53.87%,耐盐蚀循环、抗冻融能力循环次数均提高约1-2倍,且具有较好的热稳定性能,表现出了优异的保护性能。
Acrylate complex hydrosol was prepared and used to reinforce the fragile sandstone taken from Dazu Grottoes.Based on XRD(X-ray diffraction),ESEM(Environment scanning electron microscope) and TG-DSC(Synchronous thermal analysis) the reinforcement mechanism and the structure of sandstone was analyzed before and after reinforcement treatment by complex compound hydrosol.The results show that the mechanics properties of the fragile sandstone such as compressive strength,corrosion resistance to salt is highly improved by treatment with complex compound hydrosol,which fully arrive at the conservation demand of pottery tile.It can be concluded that the complex compound hydrosol is a kind of ideal consolidation material to the fragile sandstone.
