The cultural relics of Tibetan Buddhism are famous for beautiful art form,superior production process and deep cultural background.Besides,they are widely getting attention from the numerous international academic fields.In order to understand the artistic value deeply and be familiar with the artistic characteristics,the auther will mainly introduce and talk about the standard clay sculpture,which is called'tsha tsha'in Tibetan language.It includes three aspects:the background of political and culture of Guge Kingdom in the west of Tibet;the clear archaeological excavation site in the time order;the collection by museum an individual.
