大佛地仗修复材料的评估研究

The Evaluation Study of Repair Plaster Materials of Buddha

摘要 地仗制作是贴金佛教造像的重要工艺步骤,是连接岩石本体和金箔或彩绘的中间桥梁,是金箔和彩绘层的支撑和基础,地仗材料的稳定性直接影响金箔和彩绘层的保存。本文采用X射线衍射(XRD)、X射线荧光(XRF),真密度计(Pycnometry)等仪器对重庆地区某一大佛地仗材料及两种实验地仗材料的化学成分及物理性质进行了测试分析,并首次使用时域核磁(TD-NMR)对各类材料的孔径分布进行了研究,针对修复材料提出微结构均一性的概念。发现选定的修复地仗材料在孔隙度、体膨胀率、线膨胀率,材料均一性等方面均达到地仗材料的要求,该材料可以用于大佛的实验修复。 Plaster process is an important steps of gilded Buddhist statues,it is a bridge to connect the middle rock body and gilded or painted,which also the base and support of the gilded and painted layer.The stability of plaster materials directly affects the preservation of drawing and pattern layer.In this paper,the author using the instrument of X ray diffraction(XRD),X ray fluorescence(XRF),true density meter analysis the chemical composition and physical properties of the plaster materials and plaster material of two experiments to Buddha in Chongqing.For the first time,the paper using the time-domain NMR(TD-NMR)research the pore size distribution of the types materials,and also get the micro structure homogeneity of repairing materials.The study showed the selected repair plaster material reached requirements of the plaster material in the porosity,body swelling,linear expansion,material homogeneity and other aspects.The material is fit for the Buddha experimental repair.
