摘要
目的 :探索出在咪唑啉酮 2号位引入 2 -巯基苯骈噻唑的适宜反应条件。方法 :利用膦亚胺叶立德的aza -Wittig反应 ,直接通过 2 -巯基苯骈噻唑亲核试剂与碳二亚胺的成环反应制得在 2号位上引入杂环结构的咪唑啉酮。结果 :得到在咪唑啉酮 2号位引入 2 -巯基苯骈噻唑的适宜反应条件并对结构作了质谱表征。结论 :反应温度在 30℃左右 ,以K2 CO3作为催化剂 ,用量为反应物的 1 /4- 1 /5(物质的量比 )
Objective To optimize the reaction condition of 2-mercaptobenzothiaozole ramification. Methods 2-benzothiazolylimidazolinone was prepared from direct cyclization of 2-mercaptobenzothiaozole with carbodiimide obtained by aza-wittig reaction. Results The optimized reaction condition for introducing 2-mercaptobenzothiazolyl into position 2 of imidazolinone was achieved and the structure of title compound was characterized by MS. Conclusion The optimized reaction condition for the reaction is as follows: the temperature is 30 ℃,catalyst is K 2CO 3, with the proportion of 1/4-1/5 to reactant.
