摘要
本文综合近十几年来甘蔗组织培养中褐变的研究进展,论述了褐变产生的机理、成因,提出了防止褐变产生的方法。
Abstract Focused on the development of browning in sugarcane tissue culture during the next ten or more years, the mechanism and the influences of browning are reviewed and analyzed. Moreover, the methods to overcome browning in sugarcane tissue culture are presented.
