Survey on the Council and Expert Technical Meeting of the International Heavy Haul Association

介绍了中国铁路代表团赴美国参加 2 0 0 3年国际重载协会理事会和专家技术会议的情况 ,同时介绍了参观2 0 0 3年世界铁路展、伯灵顿北方圣塔菲铁路公司、北美铁路协会所属的运输技术中心、联合太平洋铁路公司的情况。根据国外铁路重载运输的现状 ,分析了今后技术进步和发展的趋势 ,并结合中国铁路的实际情况提出了加快发展重载运输的建议。

The report describes the delegation of China Railway taking part in the 2003 Council and Expert Technical Meeting of the International Heavy Haul Association, as well as the visiting of 2003 World Railway Exhibition, the Berlington Northern San Tafei Railway Company, the Transport Technology Center of AAR, Allied Pacific Railway Company. On the basis of the present conditions of railway heavy haul transport abroad, analysis is made on the technology progress and development in the future, and according to conditions of China railway, the suggestion to speed up the development of heavy haul transport is given.
