摘要
对配装 SW— 16 0型转向架的 2 5 K型提速客车进行了振动试验 ;通过测试结果分析了车辆的横向运动振型 ;结合主要速度级下的加速度振动主频 ,分析了车辆横向振动较明显的原因 ,据此改变车辆悬挂参数 ,以横向平稳性指标为评价内容进行参数优化试验 ,找出了较为优选的悬挂匹配方案。
The vibration test is made on the 25K type speed increased passenger cars mounted with SW-160 type bogies; With the results of the test, the lateral vibration mode of the cars is analyzed; In connection with the main frequency of the acceleration vibration, the causes to the fairly obvious lateral vibration of cars are analyzed, on this basis, the parameter optimization test is made with the suspension parameters of the car being changed and the lateral stability index being as the evaluation contents, so that the fairly optimized suspension matching scheme is found out.
