This paper introduces the new composite anti-caking agent of ammonium bicarbonate. The crystal granularity of ammonium bicarbonate is increased with addition of this product. The anti-caking capability and stability of the new composite anti-caking agent is excellent. The new composite anti-caking agent has been extensively used in industry.
