摘要 用水溶液聚合法合成了一种耐温抗盐二元共聚物驱油剂-AMPS/AM。研究结果表明,在单体浓度为20%,AMPS:AM=1.0:4.0,引发剂用量为单体总量的0.030%~0.050%,pH值为6~8时,可以得到增粘效果较好的合成聚合物。它在矿化度为1.0×10~5mg·L^(-1)的盐水中可配成稳定的溶液,经120℃×90 d热稳定试验后,该溶液粘度保持率仍较高,且在盐水中具有很好的驱油效果。 To seek polymers for EOR in hostile reservoirs, the synthesis of acrylamide/2-acrylamido-2- methylpropane solfonic acid(AMPS/AM) bicopolymers by initiated polymerization in aqueous solution is stud- ied. The result shows that bicopolymers in salt solution can be reached with reacting mixtures containing 20% monomers and 0.030%~0.050% initiator in neutral media(pH=6~8),0.3% bicopolymer solution in salt wa- ter has viscosity 43.5 mPa·s and maintains enough viscosity after aging at 120℃ over 90 days.
