摘要
为实现步兵盔曲面的快速修改,提出了一种基于小波分析的快速修改方法。首先将曲面分割成4部分。然后对每一部分进行小波分解,将所得的低分辨部分的控制顶点显示给用户,由用户对这些控制顶点进行修改。接着对每一部分进行小波重构。最后求出新曲面。这种方法大大减少了所需修改的控制顶点的数量,并且可以在修改曲面的某一部分的同时保持其他部分不变,提高了效率。
The free form surface of a soldier's helmet was modeled using a waveletbased fast modification algorithm with the surface split into four parts. Each part was decomposed with wavelets with the control poles of the lowresolution parts shown to the user. The user can then edit the poles to change the corresponding parts of the surface. Each part of the surface is then reconstructed. The surface was then described by combining point matrices for each part into one matrix. Interpolation within the combined point matrix provided all the point data necessary to generate a new surface. The proposed method greatly reduces the number of poles to be modified and keeps the other three parts unchanged when changing the shape of one part.
