此文分析了海上人命救助义务和国内外有关人命救助报酬的规定,提出了为鼓励海上人命救助应成立海上人命救助基金的建议。

This paper analyses the duties and the regulations regarding the rewards for salvage of persons, and puts forward that the fund of maritime salvage of persons shall be founded in order to motivate the maritime salvage of persons.
