Study on the Consumption Structure of Forest Resource in Yunnan Province and Management Strategy

分析了云南森林资源消耗及消耗结构特点 ,认为云南森林资源消耗量大 ,且均为低价值消耗。为改变此种状况 ,实现林业可持续发展 ,必须从采伐限额、明晰产权、能源建设等方面采取对策 ,以实现低消耗、高产出 ,变资源优势为经济优势的目标。

This paper characterized the consumption structure of forest resources in Yunnan province. It shows that the number is quite big and considerable part of it is low-value consumption. Correspondence strategies are proposed to improve the present consumption structure, assure the sustainable development of forestry, and attain the goal of low consumption, high production in Yunnan Province. So that to convert the resource advantage of the Province into the economic advantage. Proposed strategies include: enhance the quota harvest system, clarify forest easement, speed the development of alternative energy in rural areas and so forth.
