摘要
就《论语》'克己复礼为仁'议题的解读,可对其'仁'作合适界识、合法辨析与合理推证。先讨论其在传统文本的基本内涵、经典阐释与现代语境的常用标准、理论诉求,以此界识'仁'的'普遍定位'在'心'、'特殊明分'在'身'。再考察其认知内核与阐释重点,研判其核心在'克己'、重点在'复礼'。最后揭示其文本诉求的合法依据与经典阐释的合理推演,解证其问题意识即'问仁'、实践方案即'为仁'和社会效果即'归仁'。
As for'One Who Restrains Himself in Order to Observe the Rites Has Become the Benevolent'in the Analects of Confucius,we can carry on appropriate discrimination,legal judgment and justifiable derivation about'Benevolence'.Firstly,we shall discuss it in the basic connotation and classic interpretation of its traditional text and the common criterion and theoretical demand of its modern context,which identifies an universal positioning for'Benevolence'as the heart and a special pointing as the body.Then,we shall investigate its cognitive kernel and explained focus to confirm the kernel is restraining himself and the focus is observing the rites.Finally,we shall reveal its legal basis of the text and reasonable deduction of the classic to explain that its problem awareness is to ask the benevolent virtues,practice plan is to create the benevolent actions and social effect is to return to the benevolent men.
