摘要
探讨了二氧化碳转化率在尿素生产中的重要性。以UTI公司的等温合成塔和卡萨利公司开发的高效塔板为例 ,介绍提高合成塔二氧化碳转化率的技术开发情况。并介绍了综合UTI和卡萨利优点的WWS型尿素合成塔组合内件的开发思路、结构特点及实际使用情况。实践证明 ,采用WWS型组合内件改造尿素合成塔后 ,在工艺条件基本不变的情况下 ,可以增加尿素产量 ,二氧化碳转化率提高 6 %左右。
The importance is discussed of carbon dioxide conversion in urea production. With the isothermal reactor internals of UTI and the high-efficiency trays developed by Casale as examples, an introduction is given to the technical development of improving carbon dioxide conversion in the reactor. Also, a presentation is given of the train of thought in the development of the Type WWS composite internals in the urea reactor, which have combined the merits of UTI and Casale, the configuration characteristics and actual use. Practice has proved that, after retrofitting the urea reactor with the Type WWS composite internals, the urea output may be increased and the carbon dioxide conversion raised by about 6% under basically the same process conditions.
