摘要
我国立式水冷器普遍低效的根本原因是水垢。依据冷却水流速低、落差大、可以利用的位能充裕的特点 ,研制成功塑料螺旋齿管自动清洗技术。其原理是以冷凝管与内管之间的螺旋流道替代管内截面形成成倍加速的螺旋线流动 ,使螺旋齿管获得较强的自转力矩。通过理论分析和不同结构参数的螺旋齿管的对比试验 ,得到的结果是 :自转力矩与冷却水流量二次方成正比 ;较大的内管直径、较小的螺旋角有利于力矩强化 ;与纽带相比 ,自转力矩增大 141%,可以在 0 .4m/s左右的流速下可靠自转 ,污垢清洗能力更强 ,传热系数提高 5 0 %;制造简单 ,具有较高的工程应用价值。
The basic reason for the generally low efficiency of the domestic vertical water cooler is scale deposit. On the basis of the characteristics of low cooling water flowrate, high drop and ample potential energy usable, an automatic cleaning technology is developed with success for plastic spiral serrated tubes. Its principle is to substitute the doubled and redoubled acceleration of spiral flow formed in the section within the tube by the spiral passageway between the condensation tube and the inner tube, to give a stronger rotational moment to the spiral serrated tubes. Through theoretical analysis and contrast tests on spiral serrated tubes with different configurational parameters, the results obtained are: the rotational moment is in direct proportion to the square of cooling water flowrate; larger diameter of inner tube and smaller spiral angle are favorable to the intensification of moment; compared with the link the rotational moment increases by 141 % , reliable rotation takes place at a flowrate of about 0.4 m/s, the scale cleaning power is higher, the heat transfer coefficient increases by 50%; the fabrication is simple, and it is valuable for engineering use.
