摘要
研究了激光选区烧结Ni基金属粉末的熔凝特征。研究发现熔池形状对烧结成形件的凝固特征有重要的影响 ,实验结果表明 ,烧结成形材料呈多层结构 ,且在每一层中显微结构的形貌和成分分布又是不均匀的。
The melting-solidifying characteristic of Ni-based metallic powders by selective laser sintering was studied. It was found that the molten pool shape affected solidification features of the sintering forming materials. The experimental results show that the sintered materials were multi-layer structure, and the morphology of the microstructure and the compositions in a layer were not uniformly distributed. The basic mechanisms of the sintering prepared materials were discussed.
