摘要
对苯酐气体冷却器 (W 10 4 )多次发生泄漏的原因进行了分析 ,认为冷却器的锅炉给水水质差、水温温度低、再次开车冷却器中的内部水和 (或 )残留物处理不彻底及外部保温不完善是W 10 4泄漏的主要原因 ,并提出了相应的对策。
The factors affecting the leakage on Phene-anhydride gas-cooler(W104) are analyzed.The results show that the main reasons for the leakage of W104 are the bad quality of feedwater,improper disposal of internal water and inadequate heat preservation of exterior,and the countermeasures are put forward in this paper.
